Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you are not happy, you can return most products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags
• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with photos

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI.

Non-returnable items

Innerwear, personal care items and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
