Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of any advance paid
• Late cancellations may be charged a small fee
• Missed appointments are not refundable

Refunds

Consultation and treatment fees are not refundable once the service has been provided. Unused health packages can be refunded in part, after deducting the services already used. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
