Cancellation & Refund Policy

Travel plans involve advance payments to airlines, hotels and partners, so the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund after deducting a small service fee
• 15 to 30 days before departure: up to 50 percent of the package cost is refunded
• Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: no refund

Third party bookings

Flight tickets, visa fees and some hotel bookings follow the rules of the airline, embassy or hotel and may be non-refundable. We will tell you before you pay.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
